1. Service Description
We create original, personalized songs for special occasions. Our service includes a multi-step configurator to customize every detail of your song, from vocal style to lyrical content.
2. Pricing and Payment
The starting price for a personalized song is €20. All prices are in EUR. Payment is processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to adjust prices for seasonal promotions or market conditions.
3. Intellectual Property
All songs created by Custom Song Creations are the exclusive property of our company. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the song for personal, private, or non-commercial purposes.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund for any song that is not delivered within 14 days of the order date. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the completed song. No refunds are given for songs that are delivered late.
5. General Terms
By using our service, you agree to provide accurate information and to respect the privacy of all individuals mentioned in the lyrics. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our personalized songs.

Our Refund Policy
We believe in the power of music to create lasting memories. To ensure a premium experience, we offer a flexible refund policy for our custom-made songs. Please review the following guidelines before placing your order.
Full Refund within 48 hours of purchase for any order.
Partial Refund available if the song is not delivered within 10 business days.
Final Payment is due once the song is finalized and delivered.
